How to book?
INITIAL 10% DEPOSIT to reserve the dates
This deposit is refundable if cancelled within 3 weeks of payment (your cooling off period), less a £200 admin and cancellation fee.
SECOND £1000 DEPOSIT to confirm the reservation
We give guests a 3 week cooling off period from date the reservation deposit is paid, during which time the dates are held for you. If your booking is not cancelled then a further £1000 deposit is required to secure your booking permanently. This is non refundable. If you cancel or don’t pay the second deposit by the due date, your dates are released back to the market.
BALANCE
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. No refund of any monies paid after this date if cancelled. Any no show is considered a cancellation with no refund of any monies.
Damages deposit £1000 due with your balance payment. All male groups or younger age groups may be asked for a different deposit which will be detailed on your contract of rental.
